"Terry" started electronic transcription in the early 70's working mainly for the court reporting industry. As technology advanced, electronic recordings were introduced into the Court system, allowing Terry to offer her services directly to attorneys and litigants.

Tracy (Terry's daughter) graduated from Seton Hall University with a degree in Political Science. Tracy became a certified agency director/transcriber in 1986, working part time while pursuing a career in training and development with United Airlines in Manhattan. In 1994 Tracy left United Airlines to become a full time employee of the transcription service helping the firm make the transition into the "computer age".

Tracy and her staff of certified transcribers have expanded the services to include all Municipal type proceedings; planning board, zoning boards, depositions etc. They moved into the corporate arena doing work for Hewlett-Packard, Becton Dickinson, and others
